Shaw TV’s Karen Elgersma visits Silk Road Tea, in Canada’s oldest Chinatown, in Victoria, British Columbia, to talk about the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria‘s Kimono exhibition which features Hitomi Harama, curator of one of two shows that introduce the traditional Japanese culture of the costume.
